Eric Duncan

Vice President, Asset Management

Eric Duncan joined Elme Communities in 2016 and serves as Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for managing the performance of residential communities in the company’s portfolio. Eric has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Elme Communities, Eric worked as a Business Analyst at UDR, a leading residential real estate investment trust. During his time there, he developed a strong understanding of real estate finance and investment analysis. He also gained experience in property management and operations.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Legal Studies, from Drexel University.
